Technique Tuesday - Decoupage by Jo Rice

Hi everyone, Jo here again. Thanks so much for joining in for another crafty catch-up. Today I am going to be using a mop-up tag, adding some stamping and then decoupaging some elements. I will be using our fabulous Dream-Scape papers, glue and foam pads... This is a great way of introducing extra depth and detail, so put the kettle on, get comfy and we can begin!
