With the date for the Grand Opening of The Dreamatorium set for Friday April 4th 2025 preparations changed gear.
The original shop had closed and all our goodies were being whisked away to their new home. So with big smiles on our faces we transported all our beautiful wares over to our magical new shop.
The Dreamatorium was taking shape nicely. Tracey and Kevin have made sure to be sympathetic to the building, keeping the décor fresh, magical and timeless.
The walls were freshly painted and the wistful William Morris papers carefully applied. It was now time for Plas Coch to enter a new stage of it’s existence…
…The Dreamatorium Age!
The front door was painted a stunning elegant green with the beautiful additions of a brass Art Deco door knocker and elaborate letterbox.
Inside, the first touches of the Lavinia landscape were being added by Tracey and the team. We stopped counting how long it took after 200 hours were logged. These 200 hours were just a drop in the ocean after spending two years renovating!
With a touch of foliage, a multitude of dandelion heads and mushrooms, Tracey added the magic of Lavinia to Plas Coch.
All of these little touches took time as layer upon layer of magical additions found their new home.
All of this care and attention to detail helped create the unique world of The Dreamatorium.
It was easy to see that Plas Coch was evolving into….
