Salary: £24,420 – £26,350 per year
Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative experienced Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to enhance our brand presence across various platforms. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in public relations and social media management, contributing to the growth and visibility of our organisation. Responsibilities: Social Media Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc, Maintain and nurture relationships with community members by commenting and engaging Track social media performance and prepare basic reports Address issues and conflicts professionally Support community growth, welcoming new members and managing group access requests. Marketing Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns Assist with campaign timelines Promote Lavinia Stamps’ brand and products and help ensure brand consistency across all channels Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks Assist in event planning & co-ordination Maintain marketing calendars and documentation Assist with email marketing and website updates Press & Advertising Assist with liaising with press contacts Assist with drafting press releases & designing adverts Maintain press contact lists Required Skills & Experience Experience in creating content across major social media platforms. Knowledge of digital advertising platforms Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g social insights, Google Analytics) Understanding of marketing principles Design and copyrighting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Personal Attributes: Creative and proactive Reliable Flexible Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Company pension • Employee discount Work Location: In person
