Check your cutting machine is capable of cutting third party digital files and is calibrated correctly.
If you are new to cutting machines, we recommend starting with the .png files for an easy print-and-cut.
Due to the intricacy of some of the designs, you may find that enlarging them produces better results. Please experiment with the size to determine what works best with your machine.

Please note: Many factors affect how well our files will cut depending on your machine, its settings, blade sharpness and imperfections in the cutting material. As a result we cannot guarantee perfectly clean results from these files but we encourage you not to give up after a first attempt. Trial and error adjustments are a normal part of the cutting machine hobby and it’s super satisfying once you have them dialled in!
