Scene-Scape Festive Tags by Jo Rice

Hi everyone, Jo here again. Thanks so much for popping in. Today we are going to use one of our new Scene-Scape toppers to create a beautiful tag.

We will do some stamping, with both ink and embossing powder, and finish off the design with a Songbird sticker, Liquid Pearls, and Craft yarn.
