Hi everyone, Jo here. Thanks so much for joining me as we work on the April page of our 2026 Lavinia Calendar.
Each page of the calendar has a delicate little scene stamped by Tracey at the bottom, almost like a watermark. Taking inspiration from that, we’re going to create a full scene in the main image area using the lovely Wild Hares stamps.
We’ll be building up the scene with foliage such as Witch Hazel, Buttercups and Woodland Ferns, before adding some gentle stencil work in the background with a soft, tone-on-tone blend of Elements inks.
To finish, we’ll add a touch of sparkle with Stickles Glitter Glue, some Posca splatters, and a Sentiment Sticker to bring it all together.
