Welcome!

Hi everyone, Jo here again. Thanks for joining me for another little crafty catch-up.

Today I’m mixing a brand-new stamp with an older favourite, and I’m also reaching for one of our word stencils. I really don’t use them often enough. The word I’ve chosen is Hope, and I think we can all do with a bit of that.

We’ll do a little masking, then blend Elements inks in Mermaid, Dark Denim and Flying Fig to create an atmospheric background. I’ll add detail and depth with Mondeluz watercolour pencils, a Posca pen, and a blue Signo Uni-ball for those extra highlights. We’ll finish with a touch of Clear Wink of Stella for shimmer, then of course, the black fineliner for my famous wiggly border.

This is such a versatile design; simply swap the word stencil, and you’ve got a card for all sorts of occasions.

I do hope you can join me.
