Bell Flower Vine & Fab Foil Panel Design by Jo Rice

Hi everyone, thanks so much for popping in again.

Jo here, and today I am ready to spend some crafty time with you. I am going to create a panel design with the addition of some Fab foil, some sparkle, and a beautiful sentiment.

The finishing touches today will be some Gold Posca and some Rose Gold butterflies. I do hope you can join me
