Hi everyone, Jo here—thank you so much for popping by! Today, we’ll be creating a beautiful card design inspired by the Blue Hues Lavinia Challenge.
We’ll start by using a sticker stencil to add some interest, followed by layering various shades of blue ink from the Distress Oxide range. For the focal elements, we’ll be stamping with the Slender Mushrooms, Orchard Grass, and Butterflies stamps. To complete the design, we’ll add a Lavinia sentiment and finish with a touch of faux bleaching for extra texture.
This is such a versatile design that would work beautifully in other colour tones too—I really hope you give it a try. Let’s get started!
