Today, we’re having a relaxing play with Kuretake’s Gansai Tambi Gem Collection, exploring their beautiful shimmering colours to bring a design to life.
We’ll begin by stamping the elegant Hummingbird using Black Versafine Clair ink, then adding a touch of Clear WOW! Embossing Powder. Once heat-set, this creates a lovely raised outline that adds texture and helps contain the colour.
Next comes the fun part — gently adding vibrant washes of colour using the Gansai Tambi Gem paints with just a little water. It’s a wonderfully calming process, and the finished result is nothing short of stunning.
