Hi everyone, Jo here, thanks for joining me again. Today we are going to be having a play with a fabulous fun technique: Outline Stencilling.
This will be as part of a panel card, but the technique could equally be employed to give a full-sized background. Â There are so many stencils that will work well and today I am using Cobbles.
I am going to add the Tock stamp to embellish the design, with a couple of stickers, and Posca Pen to add the finishing touches.
