Step by Step by Mona Hauge
Hi everyone
Mona here with my latest tutorial called “The Long Way Home”.

Step 1.
Multifarious card White 15×15 cm.
Start with building up some Elements Ink Dark Denim . Make the corners be really dark and then fade the colouring towards the centre.
Step 2.
Add some Elements Ink Violet Chalk in the sky and add some Elements Ink Olive and Pixie Green to the lower part of the card . Look at the picture for placement.
Step 3.
Add a faint layer of Elements Ink Sundance like you see in the picture.
Step 4.
Spray water on the card and let the magic happen .
Step 5.
Stamp the gorgeous new Prue LAV1004, Penelope LAV1003, Specter LAV1006, Ravens LAV1005, Witch Hazel LAV1007 and Hallowmere LAV1000, all in Versafine Clair Fallen Leaves.
Step 6.
Let’s add some water in the far distance with some Elements Ink Blue Atoll. Use a watercolour brush to apply the colour. We want just a little colour.
Step 7.
Use the same brush to create some hills and shadow on the water with some Elements Ink Dark Denim. Look at the picture for placement of colour.
Step 8.
For some mysterious glow we will apply some PanPastel Hansa Yellow.
Step 9.
Stamp some Flora Set LAV698 and Dill Stamp LAV938 as grass and foliage on the branches on the ground, and some Mini Maple LAV290 as leaves on the branches on the top part of the card, all in Versafine Clair Shady Lane.
Step 10.
Add some Lucky Clover LAV889 stamped in Versafine Clair Twilight.
Step 11.
Time to colour. I use my Mondeluz Watercolour pencils because they are so soft to use and so vibrant in colour. For our sign and the girls I used black, brown and some lighter colours for highlights. For the Ravens I used Black, Brown, Blue and White. A little purple on the Flora set and some White on a few branches.
Step 12.
For the finishing touches we will do some highlights with a White Signo Uniball pen and then do some splatters with a white Posca Pen.
