Welcome!

Hi everyone, Jo here again — thank you for popping in!

Today, we’re going to create a beautiful mixed media tag, full of texture and colour, using some of my favourite Lavinia goodies.

We’ll begin by die-cutting our tag base using one of the Sizzix Framelits from the Tag Collection, cut from Lavinia’s Hot-Pressed Watercolour Card.

Next, we’ll stamp the Willow Arch to form a decorative frame, then sprinkle on some Dinkles powdered ink — I’ve chosen Sea Blue and Lime Divine to bring a fresh, vibrant feel. While that dries, we’ll stamp and colour three of the elegant Moss Flowers on a separate card offcut, using Kuretake Clean Colour pens. Once coloured, it’s time to fussy-cut and get layering!

With a touch of silicone adhesive, we’ll add dimension with a little gold sewing thread, a hint of preserved Reindeer Moss, and finally, our beautifully cut Moss Flowers.

To complete the tag, we’ll embellish it with sentiment stickers, delicate white Posca pen highlights, and just the right amount of shimmer from Liquid Pearls.

So grab a cuppa, make yourself comfy, and let’s get crafting!
