Fairy Wings on the Washing Line by Tracey Dutton

For today’s tutorial, Tracey explores a novel technique for creating a 3D card by utilising heat-shrink plastic. After making a lovely warm sunny background with elements Inks, she stamped out two pairs of Fairy Wings onto a heat-shrink plastic sheet and suspended them on a washing line.
