Today, we’re having some inky fun with the classic emboss-resist technique.
We’ll begin by adding a bit of texture to the background using one of our word stamps. Then it’s time to showcase the stunning Indian Flourish stamp, which we’ll emboss using Versamark and Wow! Opaque Bright White embossing powder.
Once the embossing is heat-set, it beautifully resists our water-based inks. We’ll blend two shades of blue from the Elements range to create a soft, dreamy backdrop — fading out at the edges for a lovely vignette effect. A quick buff brings out all the intricate detail of the embossed design.
To finish, we’ll add a few magical touches using Liquid Pearls, a splash of Sparkly Posca Pen, and some beautiful butterfly stickers to bring the whole scene to life.
