In this tutorial, we’ll be diving into the world of Dinkles powdered inks to create a vibrant and eye-catching background on a watercolour tag.
To add dimension, I’ll be using painted greyboard embellishments, a touch of sparkle with Stickles, some fun Posca splats, and finishing it all off with craft yarn and a sentiment sticker.
