Today, Emma-Jo takes us on a creative journey full of texture and shimmer, using the Boblong DL-sized Gel Press to craft a stunning mixed-media background. Starting with a base of Chalk Acrylic Paint, she adds layers of interest using threads and lace to produce beautifully tactile patterns.
The background is cleverly divided - warm and sunny tones above, with an underwater world of textured weeds and aquatic plants below. Using the Swans and Mini Fish stamps, Emma-Jo brings the scene to life, capturing a serene swan gliding over the water while curious fish peek from beneath the surface.
And of course, no Emma-Jo creation would be complete without a generous splash of sparkle - Fab Foils and Stickles Glitter add that final magical touch.
